Can I bring my children to the wedding?

Answer

While we adore kids, the venue does not have accommodations for younger children. Children over the age of 6 are welcome, but please let us know if you plan to bring your older child so we can make sure we have space.

Should we carpool from the hotel?

Answer

Parking spaces are limited, and carpooling from lodging is recommended.

We have an online registry available through our website, but welcome any personal gifts as well.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We plan on starting the vow ceremony at 5pm. Please arrive in time to park and comfortably find a seat.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We are requesting our guests wear something nice, and ideally “rustic formal” such as a sundress or a collared shirt and khakis.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We would love for everyone to join us but due to recent events we are forced to pare down to limit social space concerns. We request all guests not addressed on the invitation who wish to add a “plus-one” please contact Penny to make sure we are able to accommodate them.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

All food is prepared off-site, so we are unable to change any dishes to accommodate any special dietary concerns. However, please feel free to bring your own individual container of special food for yourself!

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

We can help guests reach out to other attendees to carpool, but event transportation will not be provided.

What does it mean when you say you will be taking a “new family name”?

Answer

Chad and Penny are starting a new life together and wish to commemorate this milestone in their lives with a new last name which will be shared with their family and friends during their vow ceremony.

Do we need cash for the bar?

Answer

We will be providing an open bar, but encourage guests to bring cash to tip the bartender and waitresses.
