FAQs

We're so happy you'll be joining us in Paso Robles to celebrate our wedding! To help you plan your visit and enjoy a relaxed, fun-filled weekend in wine country, we've gathered answers to some frequently asked questions below. We're so looking forward to raising a glass and celebrating together!
Question

What time should I arrive, and what's the schedule?

Answer

The ceremony starts promptly at 4:30 pm—please aim to arrive 15 to 30 minutes early to allow time for parking and finding a seat. To ensure the ceremony remains uninterrupted, late entry will not be permitted once the ceremony has begun. Cocktail hour will follow immediately with small bites and drinks, and the reception will follow with dancing until 10 pm.

Question

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate guests who are formally included on your wedding invitation. If a plus-one has been reserved for you, they will appear under your name when you RSVP. We kindly ask that no additional guests be brought beyond those listed. Thank you!

Question

Are children invited?

Answer

While we truly love your little ones, we have decided to make our wedding an adults-only celebration. We kindly ask that guests only bring those formally included on their invitation. We hope this allows you to enjoy a night off while celebrating with us!

Question

What if I can't attend?

Answer

If you're unable to join us, please let us know via RSVP. We'd love a virtual toast or message!

Question

What is the dress code

Answer

We encourage elegant yet comfortable cocktail attire outfits perfect for a vineyard celebration - think midi or knee-length dresses, dressy pantsuits, suits, or a dress shirt with a tie. Shoes suitable for gravel and light walking are recommended! We kindly request the ladies to refrain from wearing white to allow the bride to shine on her special day. Think dressy evening chic, perfect for a warm Southern California September vibe!

Question

What should I wear considering the venue/weather?

Answer

September in Paso Robles typically brings hot, dry, and sunny weather. We expect the temperature to be in the high 80's with sunshine during the day and cooler conditions in the evening. We suggest bringing a jacket as it may cool down in the evening. The ceremony and cocktail hour will be outdoors on gravel, partially in the sun. We anticipate it being hot during the day. Dinner will take place inside the barn, allowing us to escape the sun for the night, with dancing to be held outside under the night sky.

Question

Is Uber or Lyft available to/from the venue?

Answer

Yes! Uber and Lyft are readily available in the area. Guests can easily request rides to and from the venue using the apps. Using the venue address of 2911 Vineyard Dr., Templeton, CA 93465

Question

Does the venue have parking

Answer

Yes! The venue offers plenty of complimentary parking spots conveniently located near the ceremony site. There is a bit of a hill down from the lot to the Ceremony space, so if you need something more accessible, please let us know.

Question

Are there nearby accommodations or hotel recommendations?

Answer

Yes! We've listed a few options in the Travel section of our website for your convenience. Paso Robles and the surrounding areas also offer a wide range of hotels, inns, and house rentals to suit different preferences and group sizes. We also put information for the Sun Outdoors RV park that has spaces for full hookups or the option to stay in their onsite lodging. We recommend booking accommodations early as summer is a popular time in the region.
