We don’t have a strict 'formal' dress code, but we would absolutely love for everyone to use the occasion as a chance to feel their very best. Think light, joyful, and classy with bright colors that suit a beautiful celebration. Ladies, flowing dresses are perfect, and gentlemen, a jacket and trousers would be lovely. Just a gentle note to please skip jeans, T-shirts, and plakkies, as we’d love the day to feel a little more special.

We feel honoured that you have all made the effort to travel from afar and do not expect any gifts. However, if you would like to give us something, we would be very grateful for a contribution towards our honeymoon. Any contributions should please include your name as a reference, so that we are able to thank you properly for your generosity and blessing.

If you are driving from further afield, or would prefer not to drive after the celebrations at all, we encourage you to make use of local shuttle services for the evening. We also encourage guests staying at the same accommodation to arrange and shuttle together. Companies such as JSL, City Bug, and LimeTime are good options to consider. We will create a poll on the wedding WhatsApp group so you can see who is staying at the same accommodation as you and arrange your transport with each other directly.

Please make sure to bring a small picnic blanket and a pillow for your little one to lie on as the evening goes on, as there are no baby rooms available at the venue. This will help keep them comfortable once they get tired, and allow you to relax and enjoy the celebrations knowing they have a cosy little space of their own.
