Short answer- No Unless your child/children were included in the invitation please refrain from bringing them. In order to allow all guests, including parents, an evening of relaxation we have chosen for our wedding day to be an adult only occasion.
We would love to see our friends and family get dressed up for our big day! Dress code is semi formal. Think business casual clothing if you wouldn’t wear it to the office don’t wear it to the wedding. Ladies can wear maxi dresses/skirts, pant suits, or mid-length dresses. Gentlemen can wear suits, khakis, button ups, ties are optional. No Jeans! Please refrain from colors such as burgundy, Cabernet, and rose pink as those are reserved for the wedding party.
We are having an eat as you’d like buffet. The buffet will consist of wings, macaroni and cheese, baked potatoes, brisket, and salad. The buffet will be set up for several hours so please eat as you are hungry. We are having a select amount of sit down tables and high top tables. We want everyone to be comfortable throughout the evening walking around and enjoying themselves
The ceremony/reception will be outside. It is October in Pennsylvania, it could be 70° and sunny, or 50° and raining. Please keep that in mind when picking out shoes and other attire.
Due to limited space we request that you do not bring a date unless that person was specifically invited on your invitation.
YES! Beer and wine only, along with non alcoholic options as well.
We are having an “unplugged ceremony (no phones or cameras). The greatest gift you can give us is to be fully present as we say “I do”. We have hired professionals to capture this moment for us and we promise to share those pictures as soon as we receive them. After the ceremony, feel free to take as many pictures and videos as you’d like to.
