This party (on August 29th) is the only gathering/celebration that we are going to have. We would rather celebrate, eat tacos and play corn hole then have you all sit through a ceremony. We are officially getting married on 10/10/2020 in Puerta Vallarta, Mexico. Our parents and grandparents are the only one invited/attending. While we are there we are not having a ceremony, we are going to say a couple nice things to each other on the beach and have a nice dinner in town.

Chad and I met while we were working together at RTD. I was a security officer and he operated the A line as a train engineer. We had been friends for a while and would only see each other in passing. He respected that I wasn't into dating people I worked with so our relationship didn't blossom into what it is today until I got the courage to give him my number. After not seeing him for almost four months because his schedule had changed I walked over to his train and told him to text me sometime. He said that we have never exchanged numbers before and I told him ok hold on. Because he was in the cab of his train he wasn't allowed to have his phone on. I wrote my number down on a piece of paper (hoping that he wouldn't just throw it away) and he put it in his pocket. Since that day, a day hasn't gone by where we haven't talked to one another. Our first date was July 11, 2017, we moved in together March 2018, engaged Oct 17th, 2019, together forever Oct 10, 2020.
