7,522 ft above sea level. For our sea level friends, you might feel the elevation especially when exercising or consuming alcohol. Working out might feel more difficult, and 2 drinks could possibly feel like 4! We suggest arriving early if possible to get acclimated, drink plenty of water, maybe invest in some oxygen, and drink slow at first!
Estes Park is about 1.5hrs from Denver/DEN Airport. We are working on scheduling a bus to take people from the airport to Estes Park if you can coordinate to get in around that time (That information will be posted shortly)! If not, no worries. There are shuttles to and from the airport, quoting around $155 round trip. You are also welcome to rent a car/carpool!
September in Estes Park can range from 50 degrees at night to 70 degrees in the afternoon! Mildly warm, but crispy and cool at night! A jacket for night/early mornings might be a good idea, however, if the sun is out you will be warm in the afternoon! Layers are key :) WEDDING NIGHT: Wedding Attire is Semi-Formal. Fun, bright colors are encouraged!
