Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

We unfortunately cannot accommodate additional guests. Due to limited capacity, we can only allow the people named on your invitation. Your invitation will be addressed "(Your Name) & Guest" if a plus one has been given to you.

Are kids invited?

Answer

Due to limited numbers, we hope that you appreciate that children are only invited if named. Your invitation will be addressed to "The (Your Last Name) Family" if your children have been invited and "Mr. & Mrs." if only you and your significant other have been invited.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin at 2:00pm on Saturday, May 25th. We ask that our guests be seated at least by 1:45pm.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, there are parking options for both the ceremony and reception. Both venues have parking lots. Complimentary transportation will be provided to guests at Homewood Suites and Hampton Inn to and from the reception. Please note, guests will be asked to transport themselves to the ceremony.

If I'm not at the same hotel as the afterparty can I still go?

Answer

Yes, of course! All guests are welcome to join for the afterparty at the Homewood Suites on the first floor in their conference room. The two hotels are located next to each other.
