Question
When should I RSVP by?
Answer
Please RSVP by June 1st, 2025, and let us know if plans change! Please get in touch with the Mother of the Groom if you need to change your answer either way. Due to catering requirements, we will not be able to accommodate guests who do not RSVP by June 1st.

Will there be an open bar?
Answer
Each guest will be able to order 2 complimentary drinks with dinner. There will be a full bar available for purchase.
Question
Is there transportation to and from the cabins to the ceremony?
Answer
No, since the cabins are on the property, about a 5-minute drive from the venue, please plan accordingly or carpool.

Can I take photos?
Answer
We have hired a professional photographer to capture our special day and ask that you do not use your cell phones during the ceremony because it's easier for the photographer to get a nice shot. However, you are welcome to take photos the rest of the night when we are not with the photographer.

Can I bring a guest?
Answer
Although we would love to offer a plus one to all guests, we would like to keep our wedding intimate and our venue has limited space. We appreciate your understanding and can't wait to celebrate with you!

Can I bring my kids?
Answer
There is a pond near the ceremony site that does not have fencing or staff supervision. We want you to be able to relax and celebrate with us, which is why we've decided to have an adults-only event. We appreciate you making arrangements to leave the kids at home, an exception can be made for infants if needed. Please contact the Mother of the Groom about this.

Are you registered? Where?
Answer
We do not have a registery since we will be flying and will not be able to pack physical gifts in our luggage when we return home. Please plan to bring a card or contribute to our honeymoon fund!

Is there a dress code?
Answer
Yes, formal attire is requested. Please, no jeans. If you would like to match the theme colors, we will be using fall colors such as black, emerald green, mauve, burgundy, and terracotta.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?
Answer
Rondele Ranch is a resort with several cabins that we encourage guests to use since they are on the property and are a short 5-minute drive from the venue. If you would prefer a motel room, there are 4 rooms on the property. All accommodations have at least a 2-night minimum. Both can be found on their website: https://rondeleranch.com/lodging If you would prefer a hotel room, please look at the nearest town, Minocqua, WI which is a 20-minute drive from the venue.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?
Answer
Yes, the ceremony and reception spaces are located very close at Lakeside Lodge and will be in the same parking lot.

What time will the reception end?

Is the venue accessible?
Answer
Yes! We will also have a golf cart to take guests to and from the ceremony space to avoid falls on the steep hill.
