From the moment we began planning, we knew that Jill would be the person to marry us. Jill's kindness, supportiveness, and fun-filled personality will make this ceremony even more special. Celsea and Jill have visited Las Vegas with family together and have even seen Adele in concert. We are excited to have Jill help us begin our forever together.
Bo Mandich
Ring Bearer
Bo may be small, but he's got a big job! With rings in hand and a heart full of excitement, he's ready to walk (or run) down the aisle with style. We want to congratulate Bo on recently becoming a big brother! He has a lot of responsibility, but we are confident that he will do an excellent job as our Ring Bearer.
Annie Oboikovitz
Flower Girl
Annie also has a big job for our special day! As Flower Girl, Annie will be throwing petals down the aisle to lead the way for the bride. However, these are no ordinary flower petals. Annie will be throwing dried flower petals that came from a bouquet of flowers that Chad gave Celsea on their first date together! From the moment Celsea met Chad, she knew he was special, so she decided to preserve the petals from that first bouquet in the hopes that the Flower Girl could throw them down the aisle on her wedding day.
Steve Reeder
Father of the Bride
Steve is the father of the bride and is one of Celsea's biggest supporters. Celsea is proud to say that her Dad has been with her through thick and thin. If Celsea needs any advice or someone to talk to, Dad is there with a funny joke or an encouraging hug. When not at work, Steve can be found at the casino, in the pool, or taking care of his pets (including his beloved dog, Harvey). If you ever need a good laugh or a casino buddy, "Stove" is the man!
Tracie Henry
Mother of the Groom
As the Mother of the Groom, Tracie has played a huge role in shaping the wonderful man that Chad is today. Tracie is always there if you need a laugh, and she has been a great support for both the bride and groom. We are grateful for her presence to celebrate our future together, and Celsea is thankful to have such a wonderful future mother-in-law.
John Henry
Father of the Groom/Groomsman
John is the proud father of the groom and a steady source of support and guidance. Watching his son grow into the man he is today has been one of his greatest joys, and he couldn't be more thrilled to celebrate this new chapter. We look forward to celebrating our marriage with John by our side.
Susannah Henry
Matron of Honor
Susannah is Chad's current sister-in-law, and Celsea's future SIL. Celsea and Susannah became friends during Celsea's time dating Chad. When Chad popped the question, Celsea was excited to ask Susannah to be her Matron of Honor. Susannah loves cats, baking, making mixed drinks, and even has her own website filled with drink recipes and more!
Taylor Merritt
Bridesmaid
Taylor and Celsea have been best friends since elementary school. Growing up, Taylor and Celsea lived in neighborhoods right next to each other, with only a fence separating their houses. Taylor's grandfather even built a door in the fence to make it easier for Taylor and Celsea to visit each other! The two friends have had many memories on High Rock Lake together, and Celsea is honored to have Taylor as a Bridesmaid.
Mary Brown
Bridesmaid
Celsea and Mary became friends in undergrad at Gardner-Webb University. The two started out as co-leaders of a Christian group on campus and soon became best friends. If Celsea ever had trouble finding Mary on campus, all she had to do was listen for Mary's laugh to lead the way.
Sarah Holton
Bridesmaid
Sarah and Celsea have been best friends since Elementary school. Sarah lived close by growing up, and one day, Sarah rode her horse to Celsea's neighborhood! The two share many fond memories together, such as stopping a runaway golfcart (with Sarah's leg). Sarah and Celsea also share a love for video games, including "Skyrim" and "The Sims."
Brittany Ridenhour
Bridesmaid
Since middle school, Celsea and Brittany have been best friends. One of Celsea's first memories with Brittany is when Brittany convinced her to ride the "Intimidator" rollercoaster at Carowinds (which traumatized Celsea, but it was worth it for the memories together!). The two have shared many inside jokes and laughter together, and Celsea is thankful to have her "Tree" by her side on her special day.
Kendra Alt
Bridesmaid
Kendra is Celsea's cousin and has been her best buddy for as long as she can remember. Celsea and Kendra used to sit together at the "kid's table" every Thanksgiving, and they share a love for playing the GameCube. Recently, Celsea had the honor of being a Bridesmaid in Kendra's wedding. Congratulations, Mrs. Alt!
Carisa Rausch
Honorary Bridesmaid
Carisa and Celsea were roommates during their Freshman year of undergrad at Gardner-Webb University, but ironically, were not close friends during that time. It wasn't until a couple of years later that, through mutual friends, their friendship blossomed. Carisa is an avid book reader, a cat lover, and the queen of sarcasm and sass. Celsea loves Carisa's sense of humor and is honored to have her be a part of her special day.
Miranda Haynes
Honorary Bridesmaid
Miranda and Celsea became close friends as they got to know each other in a Christian group at Gardner-Webb University. One night, Miranda found two tiny kittens on campus. Celsea remembers staying over at Miranda's dorm to help bottle-feed the kittens during the night, until they could be taken to a shelter. Miranda has a love for animals (including "Harvey," the father-of-the-bride's dog), and can be found shouting at cows outside the car window when driving.
Lee Anne Tourigny
Honorary Bridesmaid
Lee Anne and Celsea have been best friends since meeting at Gardner-Webb University. Height seems to be the only major difference between them, as they both share common personalities and a love for all things pink. Celsea is honored to have Lee Anne be a part of her special day!
Emily Grace
Honorary Bridesmaid
Emily Grace and Celsea became friends in undergrad at Gardner-Webb University. Celsea is also excited to be a bridesmaid in Emily Grace's upcoming wedding next year. Truthfully, Emily Grace gives the best hugs and is one of the sweetest individuals that you will ever meet. Celsea is blessed with Emily Grace's friendship, and is honored to have her as a part of the wedding day.
Chris Henry
Best Man
Chris is the brother of the groom, the Best Man, and the husband of the Matron of Honor. Chris loves photography and spending time with his pets (two cats and one dog). Interestingly, Chris and Chad's birthdays are only one day apart! We are honored to have Chris as a part of our special day.
Cameron Reeder
Groomsman
Cameron is Celsea's fraternal twin brother. Growing up, people would ask if Cameron and Celsea were identical twins. "Cam" has a love for anime, cats, and video games. Celsea and Cam have always been close. They even went to Gardner-Webb University together. We are thankful to have Cam as a part of our day.
Devon Alt
Groomsman
Devon is the fiancé of Kendra (bridesmaid). Devon enjoys playing golf and spending time with his dog, Dexter. When Celsea and Chad visit Devon and Kendra in West Virginia, they have fun playing Mario Party on the Game Cube. Celsea had the honor of being a bridesmaid in Kendra and Devon's recent wedding. Congratulations, Mr. Alt!
Adam Brown
Groomsman
Adam is the husband of Mary (bridesmaid), and Chad became friends with Adam through Celsea's friendship with Mary. Adam has a passion for nursing and rafting at the Whitewater Center. Chad and Adam have enjoyed rafting together, and we are happy to have Adam as a groomsman.
