5:30 pm - 8:30 pm

Casual Attire: Anything goes, from sundresses and sandals to jeans and tees.

This will be a small gathering for families to have a chance to meet each other before the big day! We'll have some appetizers and flatbreads available from Wooden Hill to snack on. People will be able to order drinks on our tab at the bar too. If you get hungry beyond snacks, Wooden Hill has a full menu that you can order from as well.

Ceremony & Reception

4:30 pm

Venue Arrival 4:15 - 4:45 pm Please park in the lower outdoor parking area near the entrance to the buildings parking garage (see parking map in Gallery for details). We will have someone at the front door to let guests in between 4:15–4:45 PM, as the building remains locked and guests need to be buzzed in. The ceremony will take place on the Sky Lounge (6th floor). This is Chad’s dad’s apartment building. We kindly ask that you keep noise to a minimum while traveling through the hallways. Thank you! Ceremony 5 pm - 5:30 pm Cocktail Hour & Pictures 5:30 pm - 6:30 pm We will have wine, beer, seltzers, and non-alcoholic drinks available. Dinner & Dessert 6:30 pm - 8:30 pm We are having food delivered including salads, veggies, multiple types of pasta and chicken dishes. Clean-up 8:30 pm - 9:00 pm Drinks at Hotel Bar 9:00 pm - 12:00 am After clean-up we'll be having drinks at our hotel bar nearby if anyone wants to join!
