FAQs

Question

Is the ceremony phone free?

Answer

Yes, we ask that you turn off your phones and put them away for the entire ceremony. We want this moment to be fully experienced, by us and you. Please allow our photographer to capture the memories while you simply enjoy being present with us.

Question

What is the dress attire?

Answer

Attire: Semi-Formal Our ceremony will take place in a cathedral, and we kindly ask guests to dress in semi-formal attire that is also respectful of the sacred space. We kindly ask that you avoid wearing casual wear such as jeans, sneakers, or anything overly revealing. Women: Please bring something to cover your bare shoulders (a shawl or wrap is perfect!) and avoid high slits. Please also avoid wearing the color white. After the ceremony, feel free to relax and enjoy the celebration! While the cathedral requests more modest attire, you're welcome to remove your shawls or jackets!

Question

What should I do in between the ceremony and reception?

Answer

Feel free to head to the hotel to relax and grab a drink in the lobby or hotel bar! Cocktail hour will start at 4PM with some passed appetizers and drinks.

Question

Where should I park?

Answer

There is a parking behind the cathedral for the ceremony. For the hotel, there is a parking garage as well as valet.

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

RSVPs are due by October 1st. If we don’t hear from you by then, we’ll have to assume you can’t make it—but we’ll miss you!

Question

What time should I arrive to the ceremony?

Answer

To avoid a delay of ceremony, we ask that you arrive at least 10 minutes before the start time to prevent anyone walking in late. There are multiple ceremonies happening the same day, so we want to avoid any delays!
