Maid of Honor
Evelyn is a long time best friend of the bride. Meeting through volunteering at VBS, it didn’t take long for the two to form a bond. Alayna was Evelyn’s Maid of Honor in 2021 and is so excited to reverse the roles in 2025. Fun Fact: Evelyn’s second child, Collins, shares the same birthday as Alayna, October 10th!
Stephen (Smoove) Butler
Best Man
Smoove has been Chad's best friend for 7 years and has been by his side throughout their entire friendship. Their friendship started when they worked together at Warren Willis Summer Camp. Since then, they've been glued to the hip and haven't looked back since. Fun Fact: Smoove is the reason Chad became a Philadelphia Eagles fan.
Sydney Cross
Bridesmaid
Sydney has been friends with Alayna since birth. The two would attempt to convince their parents that they were glued together to have sleepovers when they were younger (And would probably still use the same excuse today, if needed.) Fun Fact: Alayna and Sydney have matching tattoos, a peony, which is the Indiana state flower.
Richard Dasovich
Groomsman
Richard is one of Chad's oldest friends and one of the first friends he made when he moved to Florida in 2013. The two are always going to sports games, the beach, or wherever the good time takes them next. Fun Fact: Richard was one of the friends to introduce Chad to watching and playing hockey as he still plays with some of Richard's old equipment
Julianna Novak
Bridesmaid
Jules was introduced to Alayna at youth group when she moved to Florida from New York. They were introduced because they had two things in common: “They like basketball and they’ve both been homeschooled” Shortly after, they realized they had much more in common than that. Fun Fact: Jules was one of Alayna’s first roommates, they lived together for a whole 5 months. (They loved living together though, I swear)
Fernando Zermeno
Groomsman
Fernando and Chad had met through fellow groomsman Richard. They both have quickly become best friends while Fernando had been going to classes at UCF and hanging out at his dorm room/pool. Fun Fact: Fernando loves Chad's barbeque burgers and wings
Emma Woody
Bridesmaid
While the two became friends through youth group, Emma and Alayna became especially close their junior year of high school. The two shared many classes together, and despite Alayna being a morning person during 1st period, and Emma being…not that… their friendship still made it through! Fun Fact: Alayna and Emma both drove Honda CRVs as their first car when they were 16. Alayna’s was white and Emma’s was silver.
Brian Sell
Groomsman
Another one of Chad's best friends who he met through Richard, Brian made his way into Chad's close circle of friends. Brian was there the night Chad and Alayna met and was the first to be introduced to her. The two's bond is so close that Chad has been unofficially adopted by Brian's parents as their 4th child. Fun Fact: Up until Chad had moved away to Minnesota, Chad had a 7 month streak of hanging out with Brian and his family (who lived 3 hours away) at least once a month.
