Ozone Falls

We visited here in November 2022 and it was a nice little hike. It was a short hike, but steep at times

Tuckaleechee Caverns

This one is a bit far from the venue, but it's a perfect rainy day activity. Great cave

Indian Boundary Campground

Gorgeous family campground, with a mountain lake and a small beach for swimming. Chad and I go here all the time. It is 2 hours from the venue but it is 1 hour and 20 minutes from the knoxville airport

Bald River Falls

If you go to Indian Boundary you must go here. There is a chance the bridge to get to this falls might still be closed. It is a gorgeous waterfall

Small speakeasy type bar, great ambiance and drinks

House Mountain

Nice hike in Knox Co if you don't want to go all the way to the Smokey's. Great views

Ripley's Aquarium of the Smokies

Cades Cove

11 mile scenic drive. It's frequented by bear, deer, and turkeys. It's a little over an hour from the airport

Market Square

Great shopping and eating in downtown Knoxville. There is always activity in Market Square

Calhoun's

Calhoun's has great food (including BBQ) and this location is on a lake. Downtown Knoxville also has a nice location on the river

Ijams Nature Center

Very fun quarry in South Knoxville. You can swim, hike, and kayak here

Knoxville Zoo Drive
