Important Note About the Venue

Our ceremony and reception will take place at The Estates of Pecan Park in Tomball, Texas. Located just a short drive from Houston, the venue is nestled within a beautiful 10.5-acre pecan orchard, providing a picturesque setting for our special day. Because pecan trees are located throughout the property, guests with tree nut allergies should be aware of the environment and plan accordingly. We encourage anyone with allergies to take any necessary precautions to ensure their comfort and safety during the celebration. Your health and comfort are important to us, and we can't wait to celebrate this special day with all of you!

Can I Bring A Guest?

Answer

In order to keep our wedding as intimate as possible, only guests formally invited on your wedding invitation will be accommodated. If you received a plus one, they will appear when you RSVP.

Are Kids Welcome?

Answer

We will be happy to welcome all the little humans to celebrate with us! Please indicate any children in attendance on your RSVP.

Where Can I Stay?

First, thank you so much for traveling the distance to celebrate with us. We love and appreciate the sacrifices you may be making to celebrate our special day together with us. We have provided a list of accommodations under our ‘travel’ tab with links for each location. You do not have to choose the ones listed, but we hope it helps in your search!

Do we have a Wedding Registry?

Your presence is the greatest gift we could ask for! However, if you would like to give something, we have put together a registry with a few things we love and could use as we start our life together. Is there a Dress Code?

Answer

Formal / Black-Tie Optional - We invite our guests to dress in formal or black-tie optional attire. Our celebration will take place both outdoors and indoors, so we encourage attire that is polished, timeless, and comfortable for moving between both settings.

What time should I arrive at the venue?

Answer

Please arrive by 3:30 CST at the latest to ensure a timely start to the ceremony!

Can I take Photos and Videos during the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly ask that phones are put away during the ceremony portion. We have hired an amazing photographer and they will be there to capture the moments of the ceremony. Please feel free to take as many pictures/videos once the ceremony has concluded and send them to us or tag us using #chackolovestory

Will there be a bar?

There will not be a bar or alcohol served.

We’ve got you! There will be options for Vegetarian, Gluten Free, and Nut Free meals.

RSVP Deadline?

Answer

We ask kindly that you RSVP by August 24th so that we may provide our venue with the final guest count. Looking forward to seeing you there!

What if I do not RSVP in Time?

Answer

If we do not receive your RSVP by the date provided August 24th it will automatically be marked as “no”. We will miss celebrating with you but it is imperative that we provide our vendors with a final guest count within the time frame they have given us. Thank you for understanding.
