We're Getting Married!

Our love story began in the unlikeliest of places: the vast expanse of the internet. In 2016, we connected online, unaware that we lived in entirely different states. Despite the distance—Chachi in Texas and Thomas in Maryland—we forged a bond that withstood the trials of long-distance love. For several years, our relationship blossomed across state lines, until one day, we decided it was time to close the gap. Chachi made the bold move from Texas to Maryland, and we found ourselves settling into a quaint little house in Chesapeake Beach with our two beloved dogs. By 2021, we were ready to take the next step and join the ranks of homeowners. After an exhaustive search, touring 44 houses, we finally found our home and became proud homeowners in October. That very same month, we discovered we were expecting our first child and got engaged shortly after, adding layers of joy and excitement to our lives. Our daughter, Isla Penelope, is now two years old, and as we prepare to celebrate our love this October, we can’t help but marvel at how this month seems to be our lucky charm. Fittingly, we’ve chosen to say "I do" on Halloween, a day that encapsulates both the whimsical and the wonderful. Surrounded by our closest family and friends, we are thrilled to embark on this next chapter, making our love story even more magical.
