We’ve reserved a room block at the Hilton Garden Inn Pigeon Forge with us for your convenience. You can find booking details and links on our Travel page. There are also several nearby options if you prefer something different.
We’ll be staying at the Hilton Garden Inn Pigeon Forge with everyone.
We recommend arriving by Saturday evening, November 21, so you have time to settle in and enjoy the festivities! The Welcome Party will be Sunday, November 22 at 7:00 PM.
Yes — you’ll want one. This is more “backroads and views” than “Uber everywhere.”
The best (and really only practical) airport for Pigeon Forge is: ✈️ McGhee Tyson Airport (TYS) Fly into Knoxville (TYS) — it’s about 45 minutes from Pigeon Forge and the easiest option. Super easy airport to get in and out of. Grab a rental car and it’s a straight shot to Pigeon Forge.
It’s tucked away a bit — we recommend using Google Maps or Apple Maps and giving yourself extra time, especially with holiday traffic. Cell service can be spotty, so screenshot directions before heading out.
If you’re staying at the Hilton Garden Inn Pigeon Forge with us, transportation to the venue will be provided. Otherwise, we recommend driving or arranging a ride with friends. There will be parking available at the venue. Plan ahead for a safe ride home if you’ll be celebrating.
The ceremony is on a lawn and parts of the reception (including dancing) will be outside, so dress your feet accordingly. Block heels, boots, or flats will be your friend - wear stilettos at your own risk!
Ceremony outside, dinner inside, dancing back outside. It’ll be late November in the mountains — bring a jacket.
Romantic, elevated, and comfortable — dresses and suits are perfect, with outdoor elements in mind. Bring a jacket or outer layer of your choice!
Relaxed, fun, and very much “stay as long as you want.” Not overly formal, not rushed — just a good night together. We’ll be celebrating into the evening — we’ll be heading out around 9:30, but the party continues.
Of course! Dinner and drinks are on us. Dancing is all you.
If your invitation includes one, absolutely. Due to strict fire marshal limits, the guest count is very rigid. If not, we promise you’ll know plenty of people there.
Your presence is truly the best gift. If you’d like to contribute, you can find our registry on this site.
Thanksgiving weekend is a busy time in the area — plan for extra traffic and give yourself plenty of time to get from point A to point B.
