Things To Do

For the Quick Visit

For the Quick Visit

Explore Pike Place Market. Don’t miss the original Starbucks while there or keep your eyes peeled for flying fish! After, walk over and enjoy a craft cocktail at Zig Zag Cafe. Take a stroll along the water, and get a quick ride on the waterfront Ferris Wheel. Then, take a Lyft over to Kerry Park to end the day with the views of the city.

Get a dose of history at the Seattle Underground Tour in historic district Pioneer Square. Check out views of the city from Gasworks Park and Kerry Park. Visit the original Nordstrom downtown flagship store and treat yourself to something special. Enjoy a ride on the monorail and stroll through Seattle Center and take in breathtaking views from the top of the Space Needle.

For the Foodie

For the Foodie

Eat your heart out at Paseo for a nationally ranked Cuban sandwich. Savor a brunch of dim sum at Jade Garden or Harbor City . Enjoy sushi and/or a fantastic Happy Hour at Wasabi Bistro. Visit Uwajimaya, the flagship Asian specialty store with 86 years of history. Take a tour and eat your way through Theo Chocolate Factory. Order a fancy coffee at Starbucks’ Roastery. Take a cheesemaking class at River Valley Cheese. For casual fare enjoy Anthony's Bell Street Diner. Enjoy stunning sunsets sitting outdoors at Ray’s Café with beautiful views of Puget Sound & The Olympic Mountains. Our most favorite extra special occasion restaurant is Canlis. Reservations required months in advance! Our first date was dinner at the Edgewater Hotel’s Six Seven Restaurant and continues to be a favorite. If you like Manhattans, ask for the Broken Branch Cocktail. It is no longer on their cocktail list, but trust us, someone there still knows how to make it. We never take no for an answer!

For the Adventurer

Take a ferry ride to Bainbridge Island and wander the Winslow neighborhood, a very short walk if you choose to walk-on to the ferry. Take your car on the ferry and visit Bloedel Reserve, one of North America's 10 Best Botanical Gardens. Hike Snoqualmie Falls or Rattlesnake Ridge. Rent a surrey and enjoy the views along Alki Beach, one of Seattle's only sandy beaches. Visit the Locks connecting Lake Union to Puget Sound. Elevate yourself by booking with Kenmore Air to enjoy up close and personal views of Mount Rainer and Mount Saint Helens or take a trip in a seaplane to San Juan Islands or Victoria.
