Gianna and Charlie met at Sacred Heart University during their sophomore year. Their story began unexpectedly at the President’s Gala, a formal dance on campus. What started as a chance meeting quickly turned into something more; unaware that from there onward, their lives would become intertwined. By December 2018 of their sophomore year, Gianna and Charlie officially began dating. From there, they grew not only as a couple, but as individuals—side by side through college graduation, first jobs and careers, travels, major life milestones, and eventually moving in together. Along the way, they welcomed their first dog, Basil, officially stepping into life as dog parents. Living together and building a life filled with laughter, growth, and shared routines made it clear that everything simply fit. What once felt unexpected had become undeniable—they wanted to spend their lives together forever. On November 8th, 2025, Charlie thoughtfully surprised Gianna, and proposed at Untermeyer Gardens in Yonkers, New York, where they celebrated the moment together in the park. As a couple, Gianna and Charlie are humorous, adventurous, supportive, and deeply connected by their friendship. Gianna loves Charlie’s courage, intelligence, and witty sense of humor, while Charlie adores Gianna’s spontaneity, passion, and fun-loving spirit.
