Getting to the Venue

Shuttle service will be provided and will pick guests up from the Poulsbo Inn at 2:45pm. Shuttles will begin returning guests to the hotel at 8:30pm, with the last shuttle departing the venue at 10:30pm.

Flight

Airports

There are two airports you can fly into: Paine Field in Everett (PAE) and Sea-Tac outside of Seattle (SEA). Both are about 90 minutes from the venue. From Everett, you must take a ferry to get to Port Gamble. From Sea-Tac, you can either drive through Tacoma (no ferry required) or into Seattle and take the ferry.

Getting to Port Gamble / Poulsbo

To get to Port Gamble from Sea-Tac airport, you can either drive through Tacoma or take the ferry to Bainbridge Island or Kingston. From Paine Field, you would take the Edmonds ferry. If you're taking the ferry over, we highly recommend building in extra time as the wait times can be long in the summer (and we mean long- several hours!) If you're coming straight from SeaTac airport, driving through Tacoma is probably the easiest option to avoid long ferry waits!

Washington State Ferry Schedules

We recommend taking a look at the ferry schedules ahead of time and building in some extra time for lines, especially if you plan to travel on the day of the wedding. Check the ferry schedule using the link provided, and make sure to check the alerts tab. The Edmonds or Bainbridge ferries both offer gorgeous views. Please note: there are NO reservations for either of these ferries, so plan to get there early for a first come, first served spot. Wait times can be hours long in the summer, so please plan ahead and give yourself plenty of time, especially if coming the day of! If you don't give yourself a few hours of leeway, there's a good chance you'll miss it.

Our block of guest rooms will be at this hotel in Poulsbo. The room block includes Thursday, August 22nd-Sunday, August 25th. Transportation to and from the venue will be provided from this hotel. To reserve rooms at the discounted group rate, call the hotel directly at (360) 779-3921 and let them know you are reserving under “Charlotte and Grant wedding” and give the dates. Make sure to reserve by August 8th, 2024 in order to receive the discounted group rate.
