Officiant
Leika has been one of my best friends since we met in 2015 at Blue Lake Fine Arts Camp, we lived in the same cabin and performed in the same choir for 2 weeks, and instantly became friends for what I can only hope will be a lifetime. Leika is a wonderful, caring, human who loves her friends ferociously and can ignite a room with her smile and wheezy laugh! Upon becoming engaged, Leika jumped at the opportunity to plan and execute a bachelorette weekend trip to Traverse City AND immediately became an ordained officiant when asked! (seriously what can't she do?) This is just one minor example of her selflessness and dedication to her friends.
Honor Attendant
Nick has been a friend since High-School and a close friend since college, we first met in elementary school and were friends for a couple years as we were in the same class. I'm pretty sure I scammed him of a rare mighty-bean he had then. He eventually was my roommate in 2020 and became close friends over those years going to many late night bites at Applebees or Vitales. Nick is one of the greatest friends and always is honest and keeps whatever room he is laughing. I'm very thankful to have such a great friend and very grateful to have him at the elopement.
Honor Attendant
Anna has been one of my best friends since middle school! Although there will not be any dancing at our reception, Anna was my first choice as a date for all proms and homecomings throughout high school. She has always been not only my dancing partner but also my trusted consultant in all things style and beauty which brings me to her role in our big day. Anna selflessly offered to help me out with makeup and did me the honor of being my witness for our elopement. If you're in need of a good laugh or a dancing buddy- she's your gal.
