Brighton Recreation Area Bishop Lake

Robert & Jennifer’s favorite hiking trails are located at Brighton recreation! (Try Penosha trail!) Bishop Lake has a water bounce island that you can pay to play! (Fun for adults, too;)

Mill Pond Park

Enjoy playgrounds, ice cream shops, a pond-front amphitheater, bridges to walk on, and many cute shops in downtown Brighton! This is where Zelie and Matthew got engaged!

Jennifer & Robert’s favorite date night restaurant! Accommodates for Celiac/severe gluten allergy, dairy allergies, and vegan diets.

Ciao Amici's

Zelie & Matthew’s favorite date night restaurant! Does NOT accommodate for Celiac/severe gluten allergy diets, but offers great Italian cuisine for those without dietary restrictions!

Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

Frequently dined at by Jennifer and Robert, Red Robin accommodates for Celiac/severe gluten allergies! They have a separate menu for those with celiac disease and food allergies/sensitivities.

Pita Way - Brighton Mediterranean

We absolutely LOVE this Mediterranean restaurant! Try their shawarma or falafels! IF YOU HAVE Celiac Disease or a severe gluten allergy, call at >24 hours beforehand: tell them you have a severe gluten allergy and ask them to clean their kitchen before making your order. They have an allergy menu on the website, but you can call and ask what you can have.
