Austin and I met right after my family had moved from Ypsilanti to Pinckney. We first met at the Kroger nearby, and I had thought that he was super weird for offering me and my siblings a few extra dollars to buy candy since our bottle exchange hadn't amounted to as much as we expected. Fast forward a couple months later and I landed my first job at that same Kroger and I had completely forgotten about him. He will tell you that he was trying to be all nice and friendly but his idea of being friendly consisted of debating me about anything, stating the names of items I was bagging in obnoxious voices, and talking to me endlessly about the ongoing conquests in his favorite strategy games online. It took a couple months of us being friends for me to realize that I was starting to like him as something more than a friend, and then it took a little more time after we started dating for me to actually ADMIT that I loved him and wanted to marry him. Now, here we are, more than ready to embark on this next chapter of our lives hand in hand, and we are overjoyed to have you all to witness this next step!
