Cesar and Nathalia met during their senior year of high school in Mr. Fisher's economics class. Cesar sat across from Nathalia at the opposite end of the room. They hadn't noticed one another until Nathalia responded to one of Mr. Fisher's questions for the class. Cesar looked up in agreement with her response and they both locked eyes. Not thinking twice about this moment, Nathalia continued about her daily life. Unbeknownst to her, Cesar had made it his personal goal to sit directly behind her by strategically and nonchalantly switching his seats in class. Mr. Fisher's hinting remarks about Cesar's motives for needing a new seat daily, made his whole plan painfully obvious and embarrassing for himself. Eventually, Cesar succeeded, and with time, along with a lot of corny jokes, Nathalia began to fall in love with Cesar’s character.
