FAQs

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by 2months prior to the wedding (March 1, 2020). This allows us time to ensure seating, drinks, and food are available to all in attendance.

Question

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

We are registered through Zola and Bed Bath & Beyond; our list can be found under the Registry tab. Please note that our preferred item is the Newlywed Fund, listed under the Zola registry. We appreciate any and all gifts from our loved ones. However, we are currently limited on space, and have most of what is needed. The Newlywed Fund will allow us to grow comfortably as we move forward into marriage. Thank you in advance!

Question

Can I take pictures of the ceremony?

Answer

This is a big no for us. Please be sure any electronics brought to the ceremony are turned off and are especially not being used to record or photograph during the ceremony. We are paying for professional photographers to capture this amazing day for us, and are more than happy to share those pictures with anyone that is interested. Please feel free to continue using your electronic devices during the reception, but be mindful that our photographers will still be working and would like to minimize the shots of people on their phones.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

The dress code is "Sunday Best." Nice jeans or slacks, with a button down and jacket are perfect, as well as church appropriate dresses. The ceremony will be held in the church, and the reception (weather permitting) will be held outdoors, so please be sure you will be comfortable for both settings.

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Kids are definitely welcome, as we have several children in the wedding including our own. However, please understand that the ceremony could last up to an hour and is a very sacred and important event for us, so preparations may need to be made to help any children in attendance be patient and kept entertained without being rowdy. Thank you in advance!

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive at least twenty minutes prior. This allows time for parking, and for our ushers to help get you seated, and for the ceremony to begin on time.
