Cesar and Jessica first met in Castro Valley at a local bar called Spanky's. They hit it off and the rest is history.

Cesar called her midday to remind her of their hot date at Wente Vinyard's and to hurry home because she takes forever to get ready. Jessica got home around 2pm, Cesar was nowhere to be found. Little did she know he drove to Hayward to see her parents and ask for her hand in marriage. Sunday, January 1, 2017 - Celebrating New Years Party at the Marriot Hotel. A little past midnight, Cesar and Jessica planned to open their presents. Cesar opened his gift nervously and he loved it. It was Jessica's turn, Cesar handed her a small box. She opened, it and to her surprise was a beautiful white and rose gold diamond ring. He asked then, "Jessica, will you marry me"? She said, "YES!".
