Our story is not one of perfection — it’s a story of persistence, resilience, and choosing each other, again and again. We first met in 2008 at the Conservatorio de Música de Puerto Rico What began as a simple connection — two young musicians crossing paths — slowly grew into something much deeper: a bond built on admiration, laughter, and an unspoken understanding. In the early days, life seemed simple. We were two artists chasing dreams, building careers, and discovering who we were. But life, as it does, tested us early. Long distance separated us more than once. Life transitions, personal challenges, and years of uncertainty pulled us in different directions. There were seasons of doubt, moments of growth apart, and difficult choices — times when it would have been easier to walk away. But through it all, one thing never changed: We always found our way back to each other. Our love survived the miles between cities, the demands of careers, the weight of distance and time. It endured because it was never based on perfect circumstances — it was built on deep friendship, on loyalty, on faith, and on the quiet, unwavering belief that what we had was worth fighting for. In 2024, when life brought another transition — César to Chicago, Esteban in Houston — it could have been another season of separation. Instead, it became a testament to how far we had come. Our love wasn’t fragile anymore. It was strong, tested, and ready for the lifetime we had been building toward all along. Ours is not a fairy tale — it’s something better: A real love story. A love made stronger by everything we’ve overcome. A love grounded in music, in faith, in laughter, and in the quiet certainty that we are, and always have been, each other's home. We are proud of every chapter that led us here — and we can’t wait to begin the next one, together.
