Shuttle

We will be providing shuttle transportation to and from the venue for guests staying at the Parkshore Resort or Avid Hotel. Please plan to arrive on time, as shuttles will depart promptly. Full pick-up and return times are available in the Schedule tab.
Flight
Traverse City’s main airport is just a short drive to both hotels. • Parkshore Resort is about a 7 to 10 minute drive. • Avid Hotel Traverse City by IHG is about a 5 to 10 minute drive. Please note that Uber and Lyft availability in Traverse City can be limited, especially during busy weekends. We recommend renting a car or arranging transportation in advance.
Flight
Grand Rapids’ main airport is about a 2 hour and 30 minute drive north to Traverse City.
