When is the RSVP Deadline

Answer

To help us with planning we kindly ask that you RSVP by 1st August 2025, so we are able to report back to our venue before their deadline :)

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Due to budgeting we are only able to accomodate additional guests if we have notified you. If we have allocated you a plus one they will show up on the website when searching their name. Thank you for your understanding!

Are children welcome?

Answer

We absolutely love all of your little humans, however due to budgeting we havent been able to invite everyone that we would of liked to. If we have invited them we would of notified you when we sent the link to the website. You should also be able to find their name on the website when you RSVP. There also may be music played during our reception which may not be suitable for young ears. Although we would love for your little ones to come celebrate with us, we understand if you make the decision to leave them home. Please make sure to accept or decline the invitation for you little one(s) when you RSVP based on your decision.

What should I wear?

Answer

We would love for all our friends and family to use this occasion as an excuse to dress up! We kindly ask our guests to avoid the colours white, cream, champayne, ivory and dusty blue, not including shirts under suits. Thank you in advance!

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

Answer

If we have sunny weather with little to no wind the ceremony will be held outside. However if the weather is raining or too cold to sit outside the ceremony will be held inside.

Is it okay to take pictures with our phones and cameras during the wedding?

Answer

Absolutely! We only request that guest remain seated during our ceremony and remain respectful of our photographer and videographer so they are able to capture all the special moments.

Will there be food & alcohol?

Answer

If you are there from the ceremony canapes will be served with a glass of asti. Followed by a main meal and a dessert table. An evening buffet will be served at 9 for our guests partying late :)

Do we have a gift registry?

Answer

We're simply grateful for your presence to celebrate with us! As we have been together many years, we are blessed enough to have everything we currently need. In lieu of gifts there will be a card box at the venue if you would like to gift money. Any money we are gifted will go towards our honeymoon. We will be taking the boys away with us and having a big family holiday!

Can I park at the venue?

Answer

Yes! There are 30 spaces available in the main car park and they also have an overflow car park on site. Parking is free and are welcome to leave cars overnight but they have to be collected by 11am the following day. They also have 4 charging points for electric/plug in hybrid vehicles. However no cables are supplied so you would have to bring your own.
