From Cerese's lens: Our story began as a casual meeting in October 2018. I was attending a friend’s birthday party in Charlotte, NC when I met Kevin. We exchanged contact information and chatted occasionally for a few months. We decided on a first date for December. I traveled from Durham to Charlotte to attend a Monday night Carolina Panthers game. It was an amazing first date with effortless conversation and plenty of laughter. Our communication increased after the date and we started seeing more and more of each other. Weeks turned to months; months turned to years and there was no doubt that the love was real. Our bond grew and we started making future plans with each other. In 2022, I moved to Charlotte for the next step in our journey. He proposed in 2024 and I said YES! I am super excited that on July 26, 2025, I will be able to call this amazing man my husband! Kevin's side of the story: Six and 1/2 years ago I met Cerese at work during her visit to Charlotte. Little did I know this was the beginning of a whole new life together. Our first conversation was short and sweet. We exchanged numbers, agreed to a first date, and we have been together since then. After 6 years I asked Cerese to be my wife and here you have us, soon to be Husband and Wife. Our relationship has been nothing short of God's blessings, and we look forward to a life together making many more memories and enjoying all the blessings meant for us to share.
