Question

What is the weather like?

Answer

February is one of the best times to visit Turks and Caicos! You can expect beautiful, warm tropical weather with average daytime temperatures in the mid-80s°F and cooler evenings in the low 70s°F. There’s usually a refreshing ocean breeze and very little rain—perfect for beach days and sunset celebrations!

Question

What’s the dress code for the wedding?

Answer

We want our guests to feel relaxed, stylish, and island-chic throughout the weekend. Here’s a quick guide to help you pack: Wedding Ceremony & Reception (Beach Formal / Island Elegant): • Ladies: Flowy dresses, maxi dresses, or chic jumpsuits. Feel free to embrace tropical prints, pastels, or vibrant colors. • Gents: Lightweight linen or cotton shirts (button-down or polo), dress shorts or slacks, and loafers or dress sandals. Jackets and ties are optional—keep it cool and classy. We can’t wait to celebrate with you under the sun and stars in paradise!

Question

What’s the best way to get to Turks and Caicos?

Answer

The main airport is Providenciales International Airport (PLS). Flights are available from several major U.S. cities. We recommend booking early for the best rates.

Question

Do I need a passport?

Answer

Yes! A valid passport is required for all travelers.

Question

How do I get from the airport to my hotel?

Answer

Taxis are available outside the airport, or you can book private transfers. Uber and Lyft are not available on the island. The commute is about 20 minutes from the airport to your hotel.

Question

Will you have a hotel block/discount code?

Answer

Since we will be hosting our wedding at a villa in Long Bay during peak season, we will not be able to obtain any room blocks for hotels. We encourage you to reserve your accommodations early.

Question

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

If your invitation includes a guest, they are listed by name. If you’re unsure, feel free to reach out!

Question

Are kids welcome to the wedding?

Answer

Yes.

Question

Can we take photos or videos during the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly ask that you put away phones and cameras during the ceremony to be fully present in the moment with us. Don’t worry, our photographer and videographer will capture everything beautifully.

Question

Where is your wedding registry?

Answer

We are so excited to celebrate our big day with the people we love most! As we build our life together, we dream of creating a warm and loving home filled with memories, laughter, and love. In place of a traditional registry, we would be deeply grateful for any contribution toward helping us make that dream a reality. Thank you for being part of our love story—we can’t wait to celebrate with you.

For all the days along the way
