When should I RSVP by?

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

If you are not taking one of our shuttles, we ask our guests to arrive 10-15 minutes prior to the start of our ceremony at 6:00pm.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes, our attire is black tie optional. What does that mean? Gentlemen, you do not have to wear a tux! We would suggest wearing a dark suit with a tie. Ladies, we suggest either a long gown or cocktail dress.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Yes, we have room blocks at the Sheraton Boston Needham and Homewood Suites Boston Needham. Please visit our travel page and click on the links to secure a room/discounted rate.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, there is a parking lot available at Elm Bank. We highly encourage you take the shuttles from our hotels due to limited parking spots.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes there will be shuttles departing the Sheraton Boston Needham and Homewood Suites Needham at 5:15pm SHARP. Return shuttles will be at 10:00pm and 11:15pm.
