I used to be a manager at a KentKwik in Gardendale. At that time I would see Luis come in with his dad every morning, he would get a coffee and either doughnuts or a muffin. And he would always come in for lunch in the cafe that was next door. Every single time I would see him come in I would stare but not hard enough for him to notice! Then one day I see his dad come in both in the morning and lunch without Luis. His dad comes into my line and I ask if his son was always with him when he comes in? He says yes. I told him that his son was very very handsome. His dad asks me if I would like for him to tell Luis what I said. I said sure ! He says okay I’ll be telling him. Next day, he comes in and taps my shoulder and gives me a blue sticky note with Luis name and number on it. The rest is history ♥️
