Things To Do

There's lots of downtime between the ceremony and reception. Here's a few ideas for you to visit to pass the time! You can definitely spend a lot of time at The CAMP, The LAB, and South Coast Plaza where there's plenty of food and shopping. For a quick pick me up, we've listed a few favorite coffee shops near the church and the reception venue! Costa Mesa is great for hipster coffee shops and Westminster is great for creative, Vietnamese inspired coffee/matcha's.

The CAMP

The CAMP is down the street from the church! This place is a hub of great food, boba, and drinks! Grab a wine flight at Wine Lab, appy's and pizzas at Folk's pizza, fried chicken sandwich and burgers at AbhA (there's a rooftop bar up the stairs), or strong, delicious drinks at Cowboys and Poodles' speakeasy. Across from Cowboys and Poodles is Booth by Bryant with an assortment of vintage photobooths for the cutest black&white photostrips.

The Taco Stand

2981 Bristol Street, Costa Mesa, CA 92626

This place is at The Camp! Drew's (Cavan's dad) go-to spot to grab delicious tacos when he's visiting us! You gotta ask him for his recommendations.

The LAB Anti-Mall

2930 Bristol Street, Costa Mesa, CA 92626

Right across from The CAMP, this place offers Stella Jean's ice cream, Goodtown Doughnuts, The Nook coffee, Ruin Bar, and Bootlegger's Brewery. Definitely a great place to pass time and grab quick bites and drinks!

South Coast Plaza

3333 Bristol Street, Costa Mesa, CA 92626

South Coast Plaza is the largest shopping mall in California and the 6th largest mall in the US!! We recommend checking out Collage Culinary to try pho, ramen, dumplings, and plenty of desserts. It's on the south side of the mall, close to Sephora for the girlies that need some extra items ;)
