If you are planning to extend your trip to Alaska, we would not recommend staying in Girdwood for too many days - it's a very small town. Anchorage will be a better "home base" before or after the wedding. And please let us know if you would like any vacation planning help!

Our venue is in Girdwood, which is a 1-hour drive south of Anchorage. It will be best to rent a car, take an Uber ($70+) or carpool with another guest. There is no public transit available from Anchorage.
