When should I RSVP by?

What if I do not RSVP in time?

Answer

Unfortunately, due to venue and event guidelines, we require our guests to abide by the RSVP date to ensure the best of services be provided to all individuals attending our special day. We thank you for understanding and can't wait to spend the special day with you all!

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Of course! Please let us know by the RSVP date if you have dietary restrictions, we would love to accommodate and let you enjoy the wonderful farm-to-table food as much as possible!

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

We will only be able to accommodate those listed on the invitation, and we thank you for understanding. If you would like to chat more, do not hesitate to reach out!

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Due to limited capacity, we kindly request this remain an adults-only celebration with exception to members of the wedding party. We appreciate you understanding our requests and are so excited to celebrate!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We recommend arriving 30 minutes prior to ceremony start time to ensure you are seated in time and enjoy the full atmosphere of Heritage Prairie Farm

May I take pictures and videos during the ceremony?

Answer

We invite you to be fully present during our ceremony! We have hired a photographer who will capture our special moments and we request you join us in a memorable unplugged ceremony. No photography/videography/cameras please, but we will gladly share photos after the event!

I am traveling from out of town, where should I stay?

Answer

The bride and groom will be staying at Hotel Baker and have a hotel block located at the " Holiday Inn Express & Suites Chicago West - St Charles by IHG". Other options include a boutique hotel: "Herrington Inn & Spa", located nearby the venue, or local Airbnb rentals and stays!
