Shuttle To & From the Main Hotel and Venue

A shuttle will be running from the main hotel, Hilton Garden Inn in Hershey, to the ceremony location, Weddings on Memory Lane, at 3:00pm SHARP. Buses hold 48 passengers comfortably (2 to a seat), 72 passengers legally (3 to a seat). That being said, if you are able to drive or carpool to the venue, that would be wonderful. We only have ONE shuttle going to the venue location. There will be TWO shuttles returning to the main hotel (Hilton Garden Inn): one bus will be leaving the venue at 9:00 pm and one will be leaving the venue at 10:00 pm. This way, people can carpool and drive together to the venue and then take either of the two buses or carpool back to the hotel. We apologize for the inconvenience but buses are expensive for some reason! If you can carpool, with a responsible family member or friend, that would be greatly appreciated so we can accommodate those without rides on the bus. You CAN leave your car at the venue overnight if you cannot safely drive home.

Nights Available at Group Rate: August 23 & 24, 2024 You can book this hotel by following the link or by calling (717) 566-9292 for reservations under the group name "Wittrock Kirkpatrick Wedding". This hotel will be hosting an "after party" at the hotel bar and booking at this location is first come first serve. There will be a shuttle service to and from the wedding venue for your convenience. Hotel check-in time is anytime after 3:00pm for all hotel guests. Our #1 daily request is early check-in. Hershey is a year ‘round vacation and special event destination. Requests will be noted, and our team will make every effort to honor early check-in requests, however, we are not able to make any promises nor will we know in advance if this will be an option. Hotel check-out time is by 12:00 noon. Arrivals prior to 12 noon will not be available. Around 12:00 noon on the arrival date is when we will know best whether or not we can offer an early check-in, and guests are welcome to call around that time to check availability.
