What Time Should I Arrive to the Ceremony?

Answer

We recommend that you arrive 30 minutes prior to the start of the ceremony, around 2:30 PM to ensure it will begin on time.

Will Transportation be Provided to the Ceremony & Reception?

Answer

There will not be transportation provided to the ceremony. Transportation to the reception at Stone House will leave at 5:30 PM. Pickup will be outside the Embassy Suites in Berkeley Heights, NJ. Transportation back to the hotel at the end of the night will also be provided to guests.

What Should I Expect After the Ceremony?

Answer

We recommend that hotel guests go to the Embassy Suites after the ceremony where transportation will be provided to the reception. The cocktail hour will begin at 6:00 PM at Stone House but guests will be welcomed as early as 5:30 PM.

Will the Ceremony/Reception be Indoor or Outdoor?

Answer

The ceremony and reception will be indoors, however, the cocktail hour and reception will have optional outdoor seating.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Invitations will be specific and will include the names of the children who are invited. However, we encourage you to use this event as a night out for yourself!

Do you Have a Hotel Block for Guests?

Answer

Yes, we have two separate blocks of rooms reserved. The first is at Embassy Suites in Berkeley Heights, NJ. Please use the code 91R when making the reservation. The second is at the Marriott Courtyard in Basking Ridge, NJ. Please use the code WKAS when making the reservation. More information can be found under the hotel information tab.

Yes! Please feel free to join us at Grain & Cane in Berkeley Heights, NJ (located at the Embassy Suites Hotel) for drinks!
