PLEASE RSVP by August 1st. This will help us plan everything accordingly. You can RSVP by sending in the RSVP cards, or on our website by clicking on the RSVP tab. You can also reach out to either Celia and/or Antonio and they can mark your RSVP down. If you do not RSVP by August 1st, you will be marked down as "not attending." This is a strict deadline. If not everyone on your invitation is able to attend, you are able to RSVP per each individual in your party once you click into your full party. Check or un-check the respective members able to attend.
Yes you can, but you must put it on your RSVP card. You can also contact either Celia or Antonio if you plan on bringing a date, but you still have to put it in writing and let us know who your plus one is. Some people already have their significant others listed on the invitation so they are already covered. If you wish to bring someone who was not initially listed as your plus one, please let us know. However, this MUST be done by August 1st so we can plan accordingly, No exceptions.
Formal attire is required. We want everyone looking sharp and dapper.
While we do wish we could have your little ones here with us, this is an adult-only function. We cannot allow kids under a certain age to attend.
The ceremony will be outside, weather permitting of course. The cocktail hour will be inside, with the option of sitting and hanging out outside if you would like to. The reception will be inside, but people can hang out outside as well if you would like.
Yes of course. The venue is very accommodating of any dietary restrictions. During the dinner portion of the evening, please note to your server of any allergies, restrictions, etc. If you have any further questions or concerns, please reach out to Celia and/or Antonio.
Yes, there will be a shuttle service from the Courtyard Marriott Hotel to the Riviera and then after the reception back to the hotel. It will make two trips for each part of the event. More details can be found in the "Travel" section of our website.
