FAQs

Question

How do I RSVP?

Answer

We’re so excited to celebrate with you! Formal invitations will be sent out closer to the wedding date, and that’s when we’ll open RSVPs. In the meantime, hang tight—and keep an eye on your mailbox!

Question

Why are there two ceremonies?

Answer

The first ceremony will be a traditional Catholic ceremony held in a church. The second will be a more personal celebration, where Celeste and Joseph will share the vows they’ve written for each other.

Question

Which events should I attend?

Answer

It’s completely up to you and what works best for your schedule and preferences! Here’s some context to help you decide: The Catholic ceremony will be conducted primarily in Vietnamese and will take place earlier in the day, with about a 3-hour gap before the reception. The personal ceremony and reception will be held back-to-back later in the day. Expect a heartfelt celebration, plenty of food, and lots of fun! Both ceremonies are optional, but we truly hope all our loved ones can join us for the reception—it’s the part that means the most to us to share with everyone.

Question

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

We’re so excited to celebrate with our closest friends and family! If your invitation includes a plus-one, their name will be listed on the invitation. If we’ve previously approved a guest but didn’t write their name, you’ll be prompted to enter it when you receive the invite. If you’re not sure or have any questions, feel free to reach out to either of us—we’re happy to clarify!

Question

Can I bring my children?

Answer

We adore your little ones! If your children are included on the invitation, they’re absolutely welcome to join the celebration. If we did forget to add them to the guest list, please let us know beforehand.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We’re asking guests to join us in formal attire—think suits and ties, formal/cocktail dresses, or your favorite dressy look. We can’t wait to see you looking your best for the celebration!

Question

Do you have a wedding registry or gift preference?

Answer

Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift we could ask for! If you would like to give a gift, in Vietnamese tradition, monetary gifts are customary and always appreciated. However, for those who prefer giving a physical gift, we’ll also have a registry available closer to the big day.

Question

Any other questions?

Answer

Feel free to shoot Celeste (832-955-9080) or Joseph (713-560-9072) a text!
