Rental Car requirements

We strongly recommend booking a rental at the airport of arrival/departure for easy way of transportation between the airport and venue. In order to drive a car in Europe you will need an international driver permit, otherwise you will not be able to book the rental. Passport Expiration?

Answer

Italy requires a 6-month validity. Your passport must be valid for another 6 months before you depart for international travel! Since we are doing the event in September 2025, ensure your passport expiration date is not before April 2026! Please if you have any doubt... ask Francis his experience! :D

Will my phone work?

Answer

Please ensure you are talking with your provider before traveling to ensure your phone will work overseas! Usually your provider will offer additional plan for European travellers!

Please ensure to change some dollars to Euro! Not all places in Italy accept cards!

Can I bring a guest?

Unless specified on your formal invitation with a + 1 guest, we ask that you do not bring a guest. We will only allocate seating arrangements for the guests who RSVP. Thank you for understanding!

YES! Venere will be happy to celebrate their baptism with your kids! We are planning something special to ensure our kids have fun as much as us!

Is there a dress code for the wedding?

Answer

YES! we want our guests to dress to impress! We require all guests to be in formal attire. Women should be dressed in gowns and men in suits.

What are travel essential I should bring?

Answer

We recommend purchasing an adapter for all your electronics (search for Italian or international travel plug on Amazon). Packing a clear bag for your toiletries for airport security checks, bring some comfortable walking shoes for your time exploring the city!

What is the weather like this time of the year?

September is lovely in Tuscany! Average highs are in the 70 lows are in the 50 with low humidity! Ensure you bring a jacket for the breezy Tuscany nights...

What happens if I do not RSVP on time?

Answer

If we do not receive your RSVP back by the date that you will find in the official invitation provided. We will mark you as not attending. We will miss you celebrating with us! However, we have to provide our total guest count to the venue in the timeframe they have provided, and unfortunatly we cannot accept late RSVP! We hope you understand!
