Like many Jackson natives, Bryson and Celeste had crossed paths for years while attending rival schools, Jackson Academy and Jackson Prep. Neither can pinpoint the exact day they first met, but they are fairly certain their paths first crossed around junior high. Bryson attended Jackson Prep, while Celeste attended Jackson Academy before transferring to Jackson Prep for high school. Like many students in the Jackson area, the JA and Prep crowds often spent time together, so they had known of each other for years before their story truly began. Their story officially began during their senior year at Jackson Prep when their class paired Bryson to escort Celeste on the Beauty and Beau Court. What started as a simple senior-year tradition quickly turned into something more. Throughout the spring semester, they continued talking and getting to know one another, and by the end of senior year, it was clear there was something special between them. After spending time together on their high school friend group's senior trip to Jamaica, their connection continued to grow, and it was in Jamaica that Bryson finally told Celeste how he felt. Soon after, they began dating and headed off to Mississippi State University together. Over the years, they have had the privilege of growing up side by side—supporting one another through college, nursing school, nurse practitioner school, dental school, and all of life's adventures in between. What began as a friendship years ago and deepened during their final year of high school has grown into a lifelong partnership built on love, faith, laughter, and unwavering support. They are so excited to celebrate this next chapter with their family and friends as they become husband and wife.
