When should I RSVP by?
Answer
Please RSVP by Sunday, September 6, 2026. Due to venue/catering restrictions, if you have not RSVP'd by this date, unfortunately you will not be permitted to attend.

Is there a dress code?
Answer
The dress code is Formal/Semi-Formal. The ceremony will be outside in October in the North Carolina mountains. The dinner and reception will be indoors. Women - Cocktail dresses, midi or floor-length dresses, dressy jumpsuits, slacks/blouses Wedges or dressy flats suggested as the ceremony will be on grass. Men - Suits or dress pants with a blazer. Button-down shirt with tie optional. Dress shoes. No jeans, sneakers, or athletic wear.

Can I bring a date?

We have very limited seating, and made the decision to keep our wedding as intimate as possible. If you have been granted a plus one, you will see a 'Guest' option when RSVP'ing on our website. If we know who your guest is, the name will be filled out.

Are kids welcome?

No. This is an adults only event.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?
Answer
Please see Travel section of website. Asheville & Weaverville are abundant with Airbnbs/VRBOs. We suggest staying in north Asheville, or Black Mountain.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?
Answer
Parking is provided at the venue. There will also be golf cart transportation for accessibility if needed.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?
Answer
Uber/Lyft and Hertz & Enterprise car rentals are located in Asheville, NC for your use.

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?
Answer
We will be celebrating with our friends and family on Friday, October 16, at a nearby restaurant for appetizers and drinks. We will update our website when we've locked down a location. Anyone who is able to attend is welcome. We'll be there for the evening so feel free to come and go as you please!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?
Answer
The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00pm. Please arrive at 3:30pm to ensure parking and seating.
