How do I RSVP?

Answer

Please RSVP when you receive the official invitation to the wedding. Invitations will be mailed out approximately 8 weeks prior to the wedding date.

Just got the save the date but I 100% cannot attend, how do I RSVP?

Answer

ONLY IF, you 100% cannot attend please reach out to the Jennifer Urrutia asap so that you can be removed from the final guest list.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Although we love your children, we regretfully cannot accommodate everyone's children at our wedding due to restricted numbers. If we were unable to invite your children, we hope that you will see this as an opportunity to let your hair down and enjoy the party with us.

Answer

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes, there will be a shuttle that will transport you to and from the hotel and ceremony. Shuttle departure times are TBD.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes! There is free parking in all downtown Elgin. There is a parking garage across the street from the venue as well as a large parking lot down the block.

Is there public transportation available to the event?

Answer

Yes, The Metra has a stop in downtown Elgin which is approximately 5 min walk from the venue. Take the MD-W to Elgin line.

I am unable to attend, where can I mail a gift to the couple?

Answer
