Smiling to himself, he already knew he’d do whatever it took to meet her. Jess, on the other hand, made it a challenge by running off or leaving her phone behind during his first attempts. Determined, Brandon waited by her car after school just to say hello. That moment sparked the beginning of a love story built on patience, persistence, and a little bit of fate. Brandon, a small town Florida boy, and Jess, a big city Virginia girl, couldn’t have been more different. Jess was outgoing and full of dreams, while Brandon was calm and steady, teaching her to savor life’s quiet, meaningful moments. It’s often said that opposites attract and that couldn’t be more true for these two, but their differences balance each other’s in all the right ways. Over the years, their love has weathered long distances, career challenges, and everything in between. Through every high and low, their love strengthened, turning a teenage romance into a deeply rooted partnership. Their beloved furbaby, Swoldier, has been by their side since the beginning of their relationship and he’s a constant reminder of the home they’ve created together. Now, after over a decade of growth and adventure, Jess and Brandon are ready to start their next chapter in the place they call home, Pensacola, Florida. With their furbabies Max, Ella, and Luke by their side, they’ve embraced farm life filled with fresh eggs, blooming plants, and time spent rediscovering hobbies like archery and arts and crafts. They've taken on new adventures including going back to school and exploring new careers outside of the military. Their love story is one of finding beauty in every step of the journey. Now, as they celebrate their love with a vow renewal, Michael and Kachina are excited to share the moment they didn’t get to fully experience the first time. Surrounded by family and friends, they’re ready to honor their journey and the beautiful life they’ve built together.
