What's the dress code?

Answer

Attire: Tropical Garden Chic We’d love for our guests to dress in the bright spirit of the Florida Keys! Please aim for "pop of color" outfits—think vibrant floral prints or light-colored suits and linens. To keep things bright and airy, we kindly ask that you forgo black. Since we’ll be outdoors by the water, we recommend light, breathable fabrics and shoes comfortable for a seaside setting.

Can I bring a guest/date?

Answer

Your invitation will be made out to "Your Name and Guest" if a plus one has been given to you. We, unfortunately, cannot accommodate additional guests.

Are kids invited?

Answer

Due to the limited numbers, we hope you appreciate that children are only invited if named. Your invitiation will be made out to "The [Your Last Name] Family" if your children have been invited. "Mr. & Mrs." if only you and your significant other have been invited.

What happens if I don't RSVP in time?

Answer

If we do not receive your RSVP by September 30th, it will be marked as "No." We will miss you celebrating with us, however, we have to provide a total guest count to the vendors and venue in the timely manner they have given us. Thank you for understanding.

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Our ceremony will be held outdoors at Pelican Point. We recommend dressing for the tropical breeze and wearing comfortable shoes for the seaside terrain. Don't worry about the clouds; we have a beautiful indoor backup space at the resort just in case!

What time should I arrive?

We kindly ask that you arrive at the venue by 9:00 AM. Our ceremony will be held at Pelican Point, a beautiful oceanfront spot you can locate on the resort map here: www.islabellabeachresort.com/resort-map

Is there parking available at the venue?

Answer

Yes, parking is available at the venue, though please note that the property cannot accommodate boats, trailers, or RVs. Self-overnight parking is offered at a discounted rate of $15.00 per night, and visitor day parking is available for $10.00.

Can I take photos?

Answer

We have a professional photographer to capture our ceremony, so we invite you to be fully present with us and keep your phones put away during the vows. However, we can’t wait to see the party through your eyes! We’ll have a QR code at the reception for you to upload and share all the photos you take during our brunch celebration.

Can I request a special meal for dietary restrictions?

We want everyone to enjoy the celebration! If you have any specific allergies or dietary needs (such as gluten-free, dairy-free, or vegan), please include a note in your RSVP or reach out to us directly so we can ensure the kitchen is prepared for you.
