Peter is one of Cole’s friends from high school and they have stayed close even through Peter going to NDSU (along with Ted and Tate). Whenever Cole is home in the summer, he’s trying to see if Pete is willing to place a wager on a golf round and spend the day getting his butt kicked by the best golfer he knows.
