Richmond International Airport (RIC)

This is the best place to fly into. The venue is roughly 30 minutes from the airport. There are plenty of hotels near the airport and some closer to the venue. We have arranged a block group at the Holiday Inn near the venue. Please see the hotel paragraph for more information.

To make a reservation, please directly CALL the hotel and mention you are booking with the Spaulding Wedding. The cut off date to make reservations is Tuesday July 6th, so please book before then to ensure you are apart of the group block. Rates are $119+ tax for a Double Queen room or $119+ tax for a King. The hotel is roughly 20 minutes from the wedding venue and is within an epicenter of restaurants and stores. Travel Note

Transportation

While we want everyone having fun, we want to make sure everyone is safe! Since our beautiful venue is secluded, uber and other ride services will likely not be available to drive to the venue. Please plan accordingly and drink responsibly or utilize the buses provided, information below. We will have a 32 passenger bus available for transportation from the hotel to the venue back to hotel (Holiday Inn Mechanicsville) at the end of the wedding. Pick up times from the hotel to the venue are 2:30 PM and 3:30 PM. Pick up time from the venue to the hotel are 10:00 PM and 11:00 PM.
