If you’re looking to explore New York City, Lower Manhattan is just one stop away via the Exchange Place Path Station (just a short walk from the hotel).
Liberty State Park
A ride on the light rail or an Uber will take you to liberty state park. From here, you can visit the Statue of Liberty or the City via Ferry or just enjoy beautiful views of the city.
Hudson River Waterfront Walkway
Beautiful views of the city and a serene walk. You may even catch the bride running this walkway the morning of the wedding.
Grove Street
The nightlife of Jersey City is all here. On this pedestrian-only walkway, you can find great bars and restaurants.
Taqueria Downtown
I know, especially if you’re traveling from California, why would you need to try a taco place in Jersey City? But believe me, this place can’t be missed. Truly the best Mexican food I’ve had outside of California.
