If you're getting into town on Friday & looking for an indoor activity, the MFA is an awesome choice - the current exhibits can be found here: https://www.mfa.org/exhibitions Looking to get there via the MBTA from the hotel? Walk to the Broadway T stop & take an Alewife bound train to Park St. Station. At Park St. you'll switch to the green line & take a Heath St. bound train to Museum of Fine Arts stop - you'll see it from the train!
If you're headed to the MFA, you absolutely MUST stop by the Isabella Stewart Gartner Museum. It's a quick walk from the MFA but does sometimes sell out during Fridays & Saturdays. To get a ticket ahead of time visit: https://tnew.gardnermuseum.org/events
This is a favorite of ours for date night! Looking to get there via the MBTA from the hotel? Walk to the Broadway T stop & take an Alewife bound train to the Central T stop. On your way over the bridge, check out the great view of the skyline! This is the bridge where Sean proposed to Molly in 2021.
High St Place is one of 3 food halls in the area & has a great variety of food, drink & sweets. To get there via the MBTA from the hotel, walk to the Broadway T stop & take an Alewife bound train to South Station.
Never been to Boston & want to see the "touristy" area? Grab a quick bite at one of the many food stalls available in Quincy Market and then walk towards Park Street to take in the historical Freedom Trail & Boston Common.
