Remember to save the all white attire for the bride and groom! Here are some guidelines to help you navigate the formal dress code: For women, opt for floor-length gowns, formal evening dresses, or dressy cocktail dresses. You can also choose dressy separates or a tailored pantsuit paired with tasteful accessories. Consider wearing heels or dressy flats to complete your ensemble. For men, a tuxedo is a classic choice for a formal dress code. Alternatively, you can wear a dark suit with a dress shirt and tie. As much as we'd love to provide transportation for all our guests, we kindly ask that you arrange your own transportation to and from the venue. If you're planning to carpool with others, we recommend coordinating with your group and being familiar with the event's timeline. This will ensure a smooth departure, especially if you plan on leaving the event early.

To ensure a seamless and uninterrupted experience for everyone, we kindly request that the use of cell phones and cameras be refrained from during the ceremony. Professional photographers and videographers will be present to capture the precious moments of the ceremony, and their expertise and equipment are crucial to preserving the memories of this special day. By refraining from using personal devices, we can minimize any potential interference and allow the professionals to work their magic. However, please feel free to capture and share photos and videos during the reception and other parts of the wedding celebration. During the ceremony, we kindly request that the front rows be reserved for the wedding party and immediate family members of the bride and groom. This allows them to have a close and unobstructed view of the proceedings. All other seating for guests will be available on a first come, first serve basis, ensuring that everyone has the opportunity to find a seat they are comfortable with. For the reception, we will have an assigned seating chart in place. Each guest will have a designated table to ensure a smooth and organized dining experience. To create a special and intimate atmosphere during the ceremony and grand exit, we kindly ask that cell phones and devices not be used to record videos or take photos during these moments. However, we do welcome the use of phones and devices during the reception for personal photos, capturing moments in the photo booth, and taking photos with the newlyweds and fellow guests.

There will indeed be an open bar at the wedding. While the drinks are on the house, we'd like to kindly encourage you to consider tipping our hardworking bartenders. Their dedication ensures you have a great experience throughout the event. We kindly ask that all guests drink responsibly. Our priority is the well-being of our friends and loved ones. To ensure a safe and enjoyable atmosphere for everyone, please keep in mind that at the discretion of the bar staff and security, there may be a cutoff if it's observed that someone needs assistance or is not able to continue drinking responsibly.

While we do welcome song requests, please keep in mind that the final selection will be at the discretion of the DJ to ensure a seamless flow of music for everyone to enjoy. We want to maintain a fun and respectful atmosphere, so we kindly request that the song choices be relatively clean to accommodate all our guests.

both the ceremony and reception will be held indoors. This ensures that we can proceed with the scheduled events regardless of the weather conditions. You can rest assured that your experience will be enjoyable and unaffected by any potential rain or adverse weather. However, during the cocktail hour, we will have both indoor and outdoor areas available for your enjoyment. This allows you to mingle and relax in a pleasant outdoor setting, weather permitting. In the event of inclement weather or unfavorable conditions, we have contingency plans in place to move all activities indoors.

Will there be any specific protocol or procedures for guests regarding COVID-19 safety measures?

Answer

The health and safety of our guests are important to us. In accordance with the current Texas state recommended guidelines, we will be implementing certain protocols and procedures to ensure a safe environment for everyone in attendance. While we do not have mandatory mask requirements in place, we fully respect and support individual choices when it comes to personal safety. Guests are more than welcome to wear masks if they feel more comfortable doing so. We will have hand sanitizing stations available throughout the venue for your convenience, and we encourage everyone to practice good hand hygiene. Additionally, we kindly ask that if you or any of your party are feeling unwell or experiencing any COVID-19 symptoms, please refrain from attending the wedding out of an abundance of caution.
